If he sees the winds changing and its not going to pass, I suspect he might vote no to save his career. He knows that this is against his district’s wishes and the Tea party here will target him like no one else and will make it their number one priority to defeat him. I suspect Hart will run against him again. She has name recognition. Abortion is a big item in these parts and not standing with Stupak will hurt him big time.
