Wait a second, you live in OK? How in the world can you hold that view then? Ive never met an Okie who doesnt support Israel.
You didn't read anywhere on here that I don't support Israel... what you read on here is that others don't support Israel. And those others include Americans and also a large segment of Christianity (including the Catholic Church and certain Protestant mainline denominations, regarding the promises of Israel being forfeited and now in possession of the church, and not of Israel any longer).
You misunderstand me talking about the "reality" of the situation -- with my support/non-support.
I hope you understand now.
Everything that I've said is true and there are large segments of Christianity who think that Israel is no longer of any more prophetic significance to God and that the church is in possession of all the promises. And also there are large segments of Americans who would disagree with Israel possessing all the land that God has granted them and they also think that the Palestinians should have their own state (which is against what the Bible says about the land of Israel being in possession of the Jews/Israel).
What I said is true and my support for Israel is true also...
You'll also note that I said that I was "pre-pre and a dispensationalist" ... and that is where you're going to find the biggest and most solid support of Israel among any who call themselves Christians. You'll also note that I've said that there is a distinction between "Israel" and the "church" -- which is another thing that many Christians get wrong (watch, they'll be on there soon, discounting that one... LOL ...). And also, you'll note that I've said that the Messiah of Israel will be seated at the Throne of David, which is an earthly throne over an earthly Kingdom. The Messiah of Israel is not yet seated on the Throne of David, but will be when Israel is ruling over all the other nations of the world... :-) ...
I didn’t say you did not support Israel, I said I don’t see how you can think the majority doesn’t support Israel. I live in Ok too and I’ve yet to meet a “Christian” who doesn’t support Israel (Whether they’re Neo-evangelical, Presbyterian, or Baptist, Pre, Mid, or Post, or A-mil). Everything you say about Eschatology is true, as far as I can tell but you’re wrong about the number of people in present Christianity who’s abandoned Israel. The Catholics? I think they’re divided along party lines on that.
