So essentially, force me to pay into a system that I am then told I will never be able to benefit from? Isn't that kind of like making me pay for car insurance.... for my neighbor, even though I can never even drive that car?

Yep, it stinks. I will never see a dime of Social Security or Medicare. Neither will anybody else younger than 45 right now.

I try to look at the bright side to keep from getting PO'd. At least my parents, in laws, uncles, aunts and some of my favorite FReepers were able to benefit from the Ponzi scheme.
