Nice catch. Aside from the obvious, that's also the camel's nose in the door for the generalized medicalization of political dissent, just the way the Soviets used to treat political dissidents. After all, political dissidents are unhappy people, so they're not living "healthy living" and therefore require compulsory behavioural changes - B.F. Skinner-style - in order to make them "happy and therefore healthy."

This passes, and sooner rather than later, we all of us on this forum will be cooped up in the Barack Obama Institute for the Cure of Political Psychopathology. No doubt the liberals will have rediscovered the "virtues" of massive electroshock therapy by then.

Great. Now one must attend “healthy living” classes at work IN ADDITION to “Tolerance” and “Diversity Training”.

The majority of those “reforms” are already mentioned in many state medicare programs with points awarded to those who partake of them.

(3) BEHAVIORAL CHANGE COMPONENT . . .

Hmmm, nothing about changing the behavior of the "bugchaser" community? Imagine that.

Yep. While you try to hold a job and pay your bills, you’ll be stuck with the tab for every loser in the country.
