Those people volunteered to give their fingerprints. They had a choice. People who are arrested didn’t have a choice.

If the state can allow a database of people who have been arrested, there is no legal reason why the state can’t order that every citizen provide a DNA sample for the database.

DNA is different ~ very soon we will be able to pop it in the hopper and produce a picture of your face.

BTW, tens of millions of draftees DIDN'T VOLUNTEER to give fingerprints.

I hope you know that.
