This is how a REAL dictatorship begins... Makes one wonder if they’ll even be a Presidential election in 2012. If the RATS can get away with this, they’ll surely not mind creating a “rule” that extends the term of Obama’s Presidency. Let’s say they do go with the “Slaughter Solution”, i.e. not actually adopting a resolution but instead making it part of a House rule change. It seems to me that the “rule” can be changed back at any time with 51% of the House. That will make repealing Obamacare very easy next January without even having to take it up in the Senate.
