It’s actually kinda pathetic. Desiree Rogers was no threat to Michelle Obama- at least not when it came to your average Joe. Your average voter had no idea who Desiree Rogers was. But the elites- the magazine publishers, the socialites, the movie stars did know. And this drove the small minded, petty Michelle Obama crazy.
That's it precisely. This is a cat-fight, plain and simple.
I’ve heard Michelle is none too happy with Oprah, either.
Fortunately for Oprah, she doesn’t have to worry about getting fired by Michelle.
By the way, isn’t Desiree Rogers the one who let slip to the NY Times that the Obamas didn’t intend to put up the White House Manger Scene because they wanted a non religious Christmas, and that raised enough of a ruckus that they ended up backing down on that?
That alone would drive the Obamas crazy.
