SO the ‘voting Public’ bought a lie. Do not forget that zero did not win, it was the ‘repubs’ that lost. The public in large were ‘sick’ of Bush.
What you are saying is that if a guy buys a gun and kills a family, it is the seller of the gun who is the blame. Same as you said in your little analogy, we can take down the ‘killer’ but we still have the “’gun sellers’ out there and we will just have to wait for it to happen again.
Get your mind off of blaming the voters and rather concentrate on how to make EVERY Representative be:
1. Representative to the US Constitution
2. Reprensentive of the People SECOND!!!!
3. Party Lines LAST!!!!
While ever you have those thee requirements switched, the people will always be screwed.
Lastly, what proof do any of us have the zero is even an American Citizen? Who do we blame for that?
It’s the people who vote in these yahoos... and until they get a change of mind about how they pick them... this is going to keep on going.
And while I see conservatives getting upset (and rightly so) — I see no changes for the general voting public that keeps voting in the kinds of liberals (generally across the board) that we see here in Congress.
We keep swinging back and forth between a GOP President and then a Democrat President and then a Democrat Congress and then a Republican Congress — but all the while — the people keep voting more and more liberal, over a period of decades, as you look back to what was done before as compared to what is done now.
It’s not a pretty picture for conservative changes...
