WASHINGTON – US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sharply admonished Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu over the Interior Ministry’s approval of new building in East Jerusalem in a phone conversation Friday.
Her call came hours ahead of a condemnation of the housing plan issued by the Quartet of the US, UN, EU and Russia.
“The Quartet has agreed to closely monitor developments in Jerusalem and to keep under consideration additional steps that may be required to address the situation on the ground,” read its statement, which also called for the resumption of peace talks. The Quartet said it would “take full stock” of the situation at its meeting in Moscow on March 19.
In her call to Netanyahu, Clinton labeled the East Jerusalem announcement “a deeply negative signal about Israel's approach to the bilateral relationship,” one that went against the spirit of Vice President Joe Biden’s trip to Israel this past week and “undermined trust and confidence in the peace process and in America's interests,” according to State Department spokesman PJ Crowley.

I really hope that Israel fills the West Bank and Gaza up to the brim with Jewish settlements. Just to have some fun with it, each time some jerk from this regime complains, Israel should announce 10 or more new settlements.
I hope Netanyahu reminded the Beast that he is a sitting head of state and that she is just a political POS!

If I had been Netanyahu, I would have called for an attendent, placed the phone in his hand, made the shush sign, leened over and whispered in his ear to hold the phone and not say a word, and walked out.
She hasn’t jumped on China, N.Korea, Russia, Iran, Syria,Cuba Venezuela or any other Country that really needs it.
She needs to resign and get on with her Prez bid for 2010.
She also needs to realize that she shouldn’t be carrying out the bidding of a Muslim. IMHO
She should be in prison for all the felonies she committed while her rapist husband was in office. Between her murders, stealing over $100,000 of White House property, perjury, suborning perjury, etc., she should be half way through a big-time prison sentence instead of lecturing one of our few allies in the region. I’m disgusted every time I see her and her Howdy Doody daughter on TV.

I’m amazed that this administration has abandoned the closest ally in that region; Israel. ....Obama gave $900 million to Hamas; the terriorists who are constantly attacking Israel. ....Then, he has idiots like Biden and Clinton chastising Israel for building housing for its citizens on its own lands.
Bibi should tell Obama to STFU and to stop his sucking up to Muslim interests in the Mid-East.

The Democrats are no friends of Israel. The Democrats are no friends of the USA, IMO. How the Democrats treat Israel is an index of their opinion of the Constitution of the United States. They have no moral compass, and are more interested in greed, corruption, the culture of death, and getting more power for themselves.
