And that somehow that was going to be helpful to you. All this would do would give insurance companies more leeway to raise premiums and deny care. But Limbaugh’s choice may also serve to advertise what many Americans traveling here for medical treatment already know: Costa Rica is a fabulous place for medical tourism.

The House Democratic leadership now expects to schedule a vote on the Senate health care bill and send it to President Obama's desk next Friday, March 19, or Saturday, March 20.

After that, assuming the bill passes, it will turn to making adjustments to that legislation through a reconciliation bill, which it would then send to the Senate.
