The more children, the more food stamps, the more welfare payments, the more free health care. They don’t have as many children in their native countries. Wonder why that is??

I'm not quite sure that that's true. Depending on how the statistics are analyzed, it could be misinterpreted for various reasons, e.g. immigrants tend to be in a rather narrow age-range (heavily weighted toward healthy people in their early reproductive years, very few chronically ill and oldsters in the holds of Caribbean boats or making their way across the Sonoran desert) and that might skew the apparent fertility stats upwards.
