Running the Out Clock on Rifqa Bary While the Dhimmi Media Sleeps
Big Journalism ^ | 3/12/10 | Pam Gellar

Rifqa Bary is the 17-year-old girl who converted from Islam to Christianity and fled from her family in fear for her life. For more than nine months now, the Islamic machine has been trying to make an example of her, as a warning that even in the U.S., those who try to leave Islam will fail. Rifqa’s entire legal strategy, meanwhile, has hinged on ignoring the Islamic aspects of the case, although Islam’s death penalty for apostasy is the only thing that explains why she is in danger. Instead, her lawyers are trying to obtain for her Special Immigration Juvenile Status (SIJS). And in this yet again her parents’ aggressive and manipulative attorney, Omar Tarazi, has outfoxed them.

The worst example of how Tarazi fooled Rifqa’s lawyers was that he compelled them to agree to a deal have Rifqa plead guilty to “unruliness” to secure dependency, and then reneged on his part of the deal once the guilty plea had been entered.

Rifqa's attorneys need to understand one fundamental thing about Islam. It is desirable for Muslims to lie repeatedly in any dealings with what they term 'infidels'. The Kuran says so. They do it skillfully. Believe NOTHING that they say. The above instance from this case proves that.

How soon before she’s 18?

The article says she was 17 nine months ago. So, I am guessing in the next few months.

Well, that prompts the question from me (just like I saw in the article) ... will they deport her when she turns 18 ... and then the Islamics can “get her” when she’s back in their own culture....

It sounds like that might be a plan of theirs.

I think the fear of Rifqa being deported are far overblown. Pamela is a huge critic of Rifqa’s leaga team (rightfully so) but deportation is HIGHLY unlikely.

I, too, am a critic of Rifqa’s legal team but I also think God is sovereign and has great plans for Rifqa (see Isaiah 46:9-11).

Look at what the legal team has accomplished:

Rifqa has been kept safe from physical harm.

Rifqa has been allowed to receive over 500 letters from supporers.

Rifqa is allowed to attend a church of her choice.

Rifqa is allowed contact with the family in Florida that gave her shelter.

Rifqa has been declared a dependent of the State. She turns 18 on August 10th.

The CAIR lawyers fought against each one of these and lost.

Well, if she gets married, she can’t very well be deported can she? :)

I hope they plan for dealing with the immigration issue before that date hits, but I would imagine they would, if they are lawyers...

You were saying ...

Actually, I think she can still be deported and have to wait in the other country for approval to come back to this country, even if married.

Well she is from Sri Lanka and it only has a small Muslim population. But America is probably all she knows.
