You have already witnessed the tricks and circumventions of the Constitution and Congressional rules - they will find more tricks. A President does not rearrange overseas travel just on a whim - he knows he is going to have it in his hands shortly. How every many RATS have to fall on the swords is of no concern of his - face on Mt Rushmore is much more important and to be remembered like FDR and JFK. That is all the matters.
