In the good old days in America, the beat cop would have laid his billy club upside the punk's head.
Happen again, and the punk gets dragged home by the beat cop, and off comes the old man's belt.
Punk becomes an altar boy.

If this weren’t a case for some vigilante justice, I don’t know what is. If I knew kids or teens in my neighborhood were taunting or torturing someone, I’d have kicked their tails when no one was looking. They’d learn a hard lesson. If more people took care of issues like this we wouldn’t end up with so many juvenile prisoners.
