Well thank you. So the poster that I responded to was incorrect. It's amazing how many came along and were willing to justify manslaughter based upon the first description of the incident.

Nope, sorry but a poster on FR on another similar thread about two days ago had some stills from the video. He was the one who set me straight on how the accident happened. People hear that she “was killed by a bulldozer” and automatically assume she was run over. Perhaps if you search you can find the thread and see the pics for yourself.
