If they add a requirement to pass a 100 question test written in English only, covering the Constitution, and basic civics. I am all for it. If you fail deported on the spot, (don't care if you were born here or not). I say start with the congress critters and work down.
There needs to be a requirement that all immigrants are completely fluent and articulate in English.
Anyone who fails to be that gets deported.
