You realize that law abiding citizens WILL have to get them at some point if you introduce them to the system, right?I'm assuming that we will be rid of those who would try to chip the rest of us, after 1/20/13. But I'll go along. Just build the border WALL impenetrable enough and we won't have to chip 'em.
