I agree with your assertions about illegals.

However, we must be able to easily identify anyone who does not have a right to be in this country.

Your rant doesn't explain how we might do that without a national ID card.

Well once upon a time we could easily identify them, but this steady invasion has been going on far too long now. It would be impossible to ID very many, especially if the border is still open and they keep crossing (to be supported by 'Uncle Sam' who is almost in foreclosure).

Cards would not work for obvious reasons. A laser mark would be there to stay, but there's no guarantee it woulud be used for ID of aliens--very possible they would use it to know everything about citizens, not illegals.

Have you wondered how the law would be enforced? Can you say "Police State"?
