I imagine this is the saving trick up their sleeves that they are using to convince the dimwits to vote for obamacare, but O’bammy doesn’t give a flip when it’s passed as long as it’s passed prior to 2012. I’m sure there are plenty of Dims in Congress that would like to get them on the rolls prior to 2010 to save their jobs, though.
