Can this stand as consitutional? Can this survive scutiny? What legally can be done to stop this, this is stretching rules to the breaking point? I think my head will explode.

I hope to God some one comes up with a way of stopping this on constitutional/legal ground. I am beyond nervous. I have been calling the congressmen/women all morning. Right now, I don’t know what to do, but I know I have to do something.
