Glad to hear it.

But I am a little suspicious of this being this type of thing being the usual Obot-smear tactic.

I am not saying that you are involved, just that you relayed it.

Orly, I believe posted this:-

“I got a phone call today from Rochelle Delucchi 916-653-7635 Legal Counsel from the Elections division of the office of the Secretary of State. I discussed with her the matter of Mr. Dunn committing voter fraud and elections fraud in not entering in his voter registration card the fact that he registered to vote in FL, that he registered as a Democrat and currently running as a Republican for Sec. of State in violation of section 8001 (a)(2) and section 18120.3

She will research this matter and will contact me tomorrow. I will keep you informed.

I have a feeling that Mr. Dunn will withdraw his candidacy, as he might end up facing criminal charges, if he continues his run, and that is not withstanding tremendous embarrassment to the Republican party, that he brought, however you never know. We will have to wait and see.”

I can’t help but think that if the official Republican candidate for California SOS has some kind of eligiblity problem - and Orly correctly called him out on it - that would not be a precedent that would make the political class in the US happy.

She might be wrong, perhaps there is an exception for Dunn that allows him to run [his Democrat registration was in Florida, not California, for example]but IMHO the situation increases the chance of a little bit of sabotage against Orly from the political powers that be.

How can it be a smear tactic if Orly allowed the comment to be published? Or for the sake of argument, assume that her site was hacked and someone published the comment without her consent. Why does she allow it to remain? (Hint: Publicity. Orly’s an attention whore. She’ll do the typical liberal dance of claiming victimhood.)

The comment advocates violence against the innocent grandchildren of a federal judge. There’s simply no excuse for the comment to remain up no matter who posted it or why.
