The GOP can reverse what they do IF a Republican president is elected in 2012.

Otherwise, even if Repub. gain control of Congress in Nov. 2010, Obama would veto any bill that would undo this healthcare “reform”.

It will take a Republican president to sign the legislation to undo what they are doing.
