The Slaughter Solution is a plan by Rep. Louise Slaughter (D-NY), the Democratic chair of the powerful House Rules Committee and a key ally of Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), to get the health care legislation through the House without an actual vote on the Senate-passed health care bill. You see, Democratic leaders currently lack the votes needed to pass the Senate health care bill through the House. Rush Limbaugh said about an hour ago that Pelosi came out of her "bat cave" and it appears (no confirmation yet) that the 'RATs are considering going the Slaughter Solution route.

"Slaughter" - the name is almost biblical in it's perfect fit for the occasion.
We are going to have to file lawsuits to stop this, I am afraid.

Had a push call from him today, said I’d send a few dollars but did not let them pin me down to an amount...we are SS/Medicare/retired Military and with no COLA raises for the next 3 years we will be having a hard time...I’m planting a Survivor’s Garden....home owners a$$c. be D, I’ll hide what I can behind flowers, but if push comes to shove I’ve a big front hill, but a VERY steep tiny back one...so front yard will get dug up and planted in veggies.
How can this not be illegal? We need Constitutional lawyers to get out there and publicize this treachery. We need to see a Congressional vote...not Betty Botox’s word that it passed the house.
