If this settlement allows them to re-form later as another corporation, it is a minor set-back. The ruling should have prevented ANYONE who work for ACORN in Ohio from ever working in Ohio elections again.
To: opentalk
does this mean they have the new successor corporation up and running so this does not matter?
does the agreement include successor corporations?

B-F-D...they've already "disbanded" in California and changed their name to something else. A turd by any other name is still a turd.
They'll be right back in there in November and in 2012 and Ohio won't say a f****** thing about it, because it will be the same group, new name.
Going after "named groups" with lawsuits does not supplant locking up people who engage in voter fraud.
It's fear. Ohio is afraid to confront the obamaloons who are going to totally screw with the elections, so they sue a group that has already announced publically that they are disbanding and changing their neme.
Who are the lawyers up there, the three stooges?

Great news! One of the best articles I’ve seen in the Dispatch. Bye Bye ACORN.

.
Ohio was one of the swing states that Obama carried by means of ACORN vote fraud.
This comes too late.

When they do this, they also need to ban the CEO and board of directors from working on those issues in the state again under any name.

Yes but what about their new name Community Organizer International, COI? Good news but I do wonder about whether their new name will magically appear here in Ohio?
