SANTIAGO, Chile A strong earthquake shook Chile Thursday, shortly before Sebastian Pinera was to be sworn in as president. The aftershock reached a 7.2-magnitude according to the United States Geological Survey.

I think so. You’ve expanded it as far as you like, without answering. I’m not looking for an encompassing answer, just a yes or no.
I have no idea why you are quoting scripture.
“I have no idea why you are quoting scripture.”
Because you posted a comment wondering what the people of Chile had done to make God mad at them.
So I thought the Scripture that shows us that a disaster does not necessarily mean God is particularly mad at you was germane.
Yes, but I was talking about that. You haven’t answered anything, you’ve just written down scripture quotes. If you cannot answer with a yes or no, just say so.
Yes, that’s what I said. We all (the just and unjust) are being judged. And until Judgment Day, while we are on this planet, we are all being rained on. I agree with you 100%. The rain cannot sort out the just and unjust; neither can earthquakes.
Did you read #34?
I take it, you are incapable of answering with a yes or no?
No, I answer with more than simple answers... the simple ones are limited... but the more you know, from being more comprehensive in an answer, the better the answer is.
Thus, that's why I say that God knows all, He knows the beginning from the end, there is nothing outside of God's knowledges, He is outside the parameter of time -- all this which is the meaning of God being all-knowing -- one of His attributes....
Here's something that is relatively simple (not a theology course or even a theology website, but good, nonetheless...
Under that list is ...
And futhermore, you can find this on that same website...
The omniscience of God deals with what God knows. The term literally means "all-knowing", understanding God's knowledge to be exhaustive of both the past, present, and future.
Yes, but didn’t realize you posted it.
Anyway it is nice to have the scripture out there to speak for itself.
I think so. Youve expanded it as far as you like, without answering. Im not looking for an encompassing answer, just a yes or no.
If God fit into a "yes/no" box... He wouldn't be God now, would He? ... LOL ...
I can see your school of Theology... one course... just check off the "yes/no" box and you've got your theology education of who God is and what the Bible says about God... :-)
To put it another way... God being far beyond human beings in His attributes, all that He is, it's simply not possible to define God with yes/no... That would imply that God is simple -- and He's not -- He's exhuastive to the point of being far beyond our comprehension.
Thus, that's why I try to fill in as much as possible for that understanding of who God is and what His knowledge is.
The 8.8 hit off of Conception. Unless I’m mistaken, this one hit in a different part of the fault. If so, then it’s not an aftershock.
Yes, but I was talking about that. You havent answered anything, youve just written down scripture quotes. If you cannot answer with a yes or no, just say so.
You may not realize this, but I'm not saying who God is based on some meeting that I had with Him and talking it over with Him... LOL ...
Not at all.
Who God is and what His attributes are (and hence, what God knows) comes from "Scripture quotes" -- not me...
You're asking "me" to define God, when the only way anyone can define God is by what He says? You're asking the wrong person. You need to ask "God, Himself" who He is -- hence, the reason for the Scripture quotes -- that's what He's telling us, doncha know... :-)
It has to do with the location of subsequent quakes relative to the initial quake. If subsequent quakes are located within a small distance to the original, it is considered an aftershock.
There appears to be a decided lack of a sense of humor among some Freepers these days.
Could it be that the entire planet is getting ready for a major shift???
Anyway it is nice to have the scripture out there to speak for itself.
That's exactly right... in that it should be Scripture that speaks to us about God, and who He is and what He does... that's the source of our knowledge about God... His Word, namely what He has revealed to us.
If God had not revealed what He has in His Word, we would not know but a few things about God, from His "general revelation" to mankind... which is "creation itself" (as that speaks to who God is...).
God's Word is the source of our knowledge of who He is ...
Vibrations continue as of right now, but they were pretty strong for as much as 45 min after the last big aftershock.
“Could it be that the entire planet is getting ready for a major shift???”
I don’t know, but there have been more “aftershocks” in Chile, since the bigger quakes.

The last 5.8 was only about 1.2 miles deep which indicates a slight change in these aftershocks.
The question I asked requires a simple yes or no, regardless of what you may want to say. If you are incapable of this, say so and we’ll call it a day.
