Me too. But you're missing the point. The Democrats can't get their illegal aliens Social Security Cards. So they want to get them "National ID Cards"... Guess what, in 2012 that'll be all you need to vote. It is probably the only way the Democrats can avoid a 180 degree turn around by 2012. I believe after that election the GOP will have the White House and comfortable majorities in both the House and the Senate.

This November's election will tell the tale. When (as I believe), the Democrats get spanked they'll see the writing on the wall for '12 and the push for the "National ID Card" and/or amnesty will begin in earnest.

So do I. Got it in 1961. Clearly printed across the bottom of my card is:

"NOT TO BE USED FOR IDENTIFICATION PURPOSES"

I'm 64-years old, and have been asked many times for my SS number, however only once by the agency that it was created for, and issued by...the Social Security Administration.

All the other times, it was for Identification.

Yeah but that SS card really is a lousy form of ID. It tells the viewer the one thing you don’t want to give out
and does nothing to physically identify you.
