Hypothetically speaking, if someone had a small dog they hated, how could they entice and owl to take the pain in the a$$?
Take your pet to a local shelter where they will find it a home with someone who wants him/her.
Frankly, I’m waiting for it it happen to the neighbor’s obnoxious dog next door. Plenty of times eagles have been perched in the trees here or have flown through nice and low.
