Oct 2009 - they told us not to worry, it won’t pass the House.
Dec 2009 - they told us not to worry, it wouldn’t pass the Senate.
Mar 2010 - they tell us don’t worry, it won’t pass....
The problem was always going to be over reconciling both Bills and getting them past again.
They had an overwhelming majority in the House and a 60 vote majority in the Senate-ofcourse they were going to get Bills past out of them.
That is why they rushed the process, to get the final reconciliation done and the final vote done and signed into law.
