Not this exact bill. This current Senate bill is only good for this legislative year. If it doesn't pass this year, they have to start all over with the new Congress which will look vastly different than the one that is there now.

Obama is a fool. He could have gotten a lot of his crap passed by actually working with a few key RINOS including their stuff in his bill. If he would have put Snowe's trigger option in, he probably would have gotten Snowe and Collins and a lot of this crap would have already been signed by now. He thought he could jam it through on a partisan line and it blew up in his face.
