I think it's going to go well into April. In fact I doubt they will ever vote on it. They'll just try and pass something to further drive up health costs so they can blame the failure on Repubs come November.
Yeah, I think the secret plan is to scam the House into going along with the senate whole hog, and then claim the dastardly republicans prevented them from passing the modifications that they wanted, like the restrickshun on abortion funding. That won’t play in Peoria. I’m almost hesitant to mention the coming bloodbath - we should let them think that if they vote this thing down they have a chance. Every day that goes by is one day closer to the election, and a lesser chance that they will pass this mess. I really didn’t think they would keep playing this game in the election year.
I think we all need to take the day off on Election day this year and spend some time down at our local precincts. It’s that important. Paramilitary gear and baton optional.
