I don't support him. But I do support facts over emotion-driven rants.
If I saw another candidate, regardless of his religion, being subjected to the level of hysteria piled onto Mitt, you can bet that I'd speak up.
Mitt is a RINO. But there's plenty of unvarnished evidence of that, so the screeching that sometimes comes out is really unnecessary, IMO.
I try to defend the Church, as time permits. But I don't automatically feel loyalty to a politician because he may be LDS.
Romney lost me, and Reid is as loony left as they come, as far as I'm concerned. Both are LDS and neither have my support.
As the most dishonest piece of trash in Republican politics, he naturally draws conservative anger, Mitt Romney is a compulsive liar that will lie even when no one is asking him about something.
Claiming that he marched with Martin Luthor King or that "Reagan was adamantly pro-choice", or that he is a gun owner, or a hunter, or that "I longed in many respects to actually be in Vietnam", or that Reagan was his "hero", or that he was a student when Mormons dropped their racial barriers against the black race, or that he wasn't running a "sanctuary mansion", or his many other lies and deciets.
Nobody in republican politics is as sleazy as this guy, he is repulsive to people of a decent nature.
But I don’t automatically feel loyalty to a politician because he may be LDS.

Glad to hear it, I wish more of your co-religionists felt the same.
