Did Jerome Hamilton of Southfield fatally shoot Catherine Solinski-Blain of Waterford Township during a botched robbery?
That question is now in the hands of jurors, who deliberated for less than a half-hour Monday before asking to see all of the evidence in the case. They later asked for clarification on the jury instruction for felony murder.
The prosecution and defense presented closing arguments earlier in the day.
Hamilton, 17, is charged in death of 21-year-old Solinski-Blain, a manager of the Rib Rack restaurant in Lathrup Village.
She was fatally shot in the head on Oct. 15, 2008, while in her car after closing the restaurant.

Found “Not Guilty” on Tues. after the third trial. He’s reportedly on his way to Minnesota to live with his dad. Good riddance. Minnesota’s problem now.
Why did he get multiple trials?
The first two resulted in hung juries.
Oh dear. Did he actually do the crime? I mean, they arrested the shooter and I am sure they have evidence.
