Hi Starwise. Good to chat with you again. Franklin Roosevelt, another Leftist Dem president, tried to pack the Supreme Court in 1937. On March 9 of that year, he gave one of his "fireside chats" on radio, when he told the nation of his intent to reorganize the Supreme Court. Much like the Dems of today, Roosevelt didn't like a SC 5-4 decision. The Left is nothing if not persistent.

I guess, FDR wasn’t in the front of a packed
Senate chamber, facing .. menacing the SCOTUS
dead on, in a televised slapdown before the world.
