"Abu Dhabi is future base for News Corp: Murdoch"
But everyone says that Fox News is conservative because it is to the right of CNN-US. Bwahahahaha.
More of our media is being partially bought out by the Arab street. And articles and programs are getting shelved as a result.
For those unaware, NewsCorp IS the FOX network channel’s parent.
I guess that explains the attacks on Gert Wilders.
Where else would you expect him to locate his ME operations?
I’m always worried what will become of FOX news after the passing of Mr Murdock. And when I see stories like this I know it’s not just me.
I think it's unclear exactly what this means. It looks like more than it's Middle-Eastern division but less than the whole thing? Murdoch started in Australia, moved on to England, then moved on mostly to the U.S., but probably has a lot of offshore operations to avoid taxes. Now he's shifting at least one operation from Hong Kong to UAE? It is certainly discomforting the way he has flirted first with China and now with the Arabs. But I think a worse problem will arise when he dies. Who will take over?
A thousand prayers to Yahweh that their monuments of power sink into the deep dark depths of the ever flowing never stable foundation they build upon.
Oh and their goats are born blind as well.
Thanks. I will spend the rest of the afternoon trying to get that awful Andy Kaufman routine out of my head.
Am I missing something here? I don’t know why all the snarky comments.
As I read the article, all Murdoch said was that his MIDDLE EASTERN operation would be out of Abu Dhabi.
So what? His international HQ is in the US. Would you rather he run the middle eastern HQ out of Tehran? He needs a base of middle eastern operations somewhere, and Abu Dhabi seems as good a place as any to me.
IslamMedia Watch.
Well, isn’t this special?
I think this is more of a comment that the USA is about to become a tax hell-hole and a censorship hell-hole
He desires to be out from under the thumb of our coming dictator.
Pretty sad that the arabs will soon be more free than the USA.
