Why wouldn't the announcement come from a Webmaster for example ...or the Homeland Security Committee...?
Good questions E. Boxer is frantic to pass new environmental laws that will cripple this country. They cannot afford to have anyone fall out of step at this point. I wonder who she is beholden to. Or is it that she is heavily invested in companies that will make out a like a bandit regarding new level of control measures to capture harmless CO2 etc..
