I’m trying to make sense of the story. It seems the abuse of which he is accused happened outside of his duties. But it’s also odd that the complaints began mere days after he retired.

He apparently turned himself in to police 5 days after his retirement and I bet he is confessing to most of this.

Corporal J.R. Searcy (Louisiana) died from a gunshot wound he received two days earlier after responding to an assault call. He is survived by his wife and two children.
Lieutenant Mike Vogt was shot and killed while investigating a suspicious vehicle parked on Vernon Grove Road, a dirt road in a rural area of the city. (Georgia)
These three officers were killed in the past month. Got a smart a$$ comment about them?

You’ve got some reason to concentrate on bad news for the cops. Some reason for the hatred, all I can figure is you got busted and this is your cheap and tawdry way of getting even, you dont have to come face to face with them here, the coward’s way out.
