If o'bozo is serious about this Everybody's the Same bullchit, does he intend to require insurance companies to continue insuring drivers convicted or repeated D.U.I? How about demanding that teenage males/females drivers have the same premium rate? Make the evil insurance companies charge the same fire insurance rates for wooden construction as they do for brick.
