The guy's been a spook (NO, intel) for his entire carrer or a paper pusher. NO combat arms time, fair amount of command time, mostly as an Ops offcier. He did pull two tours in ROK.

HIs bio did not seem to show anything out of the ordinary. OTOH, not everyone can be a Storm'n Norman or Charg'n Charlie (Beckworth).

Maybe he can un-hose TSA’s personnel process. Took them weeks to run my credit check for a job there, during which time they asked for the 3rd time for a consent form to authorize the check. Called them back to see if they needed ANOTHER set of forms, and it was just then that they let me know I passed. My understanding is that it takes months to a year to complete their process.
