As far as to whether points 6, 8 and 11, I would assert they are now rightist beliefs, because the middle has become left leaning, e.g. 8-border fences and troops, 6-birthers, and 11-Social Security, Unemployment Insurance, welfare, etc.

But they were not at the time of the writing of this document, nor at the writing of the US Constitution, at least in terms of Citizen holding office. As for border control, conservative do not want to stop immigration, just that it be legal.
