There is no description of Allah possible. Allah is NEVER portrayed or described, ever, in the Koran or elsewhere in Islam culture. To do so is apostasy.
Islam is theocratic, a political religion.
Islam is inhuman, absolutely. Its antithesis is not democracy, but the Judeo/Christian tradition. It was born in that cauldron and remains today a stalwart enemy of Judaism and Christianity.

Actually, there are no basic tenets in islam save for what kills anything that is not of the branch of islam that the believer conveniently sits on.

Talking about basic tenets of islam shows as much ignorance as that "expert" recently, from Galtung's Peace Research Institute, who claimed that Iran would never build a nuke, because islam forbids weapons of mass destruction. That is the kind which will get us all killed eventually.
