I think, if they do vote for Obamacare, their spin will be that there were sufficients changes in the bill (probably fiscal) which got them to change their minds.

What nobody yet seems to understand is that the whole idea is that the bill, as it is, needs to be passed by the House. It DOES NOT matter what the House thinks they will get as far as changes to it. The whole idea is to get the Senate bill passed by the House. Resident then signs it and it is OVER. Look at what Reid did to Bunning. There will not be any reconcilition. THE SENATE BILL WILL BECOME LAW.

Everything I needed to learn about him I learned during the Hillary care debate. I phoned his office and actually ended up speaking with him. After several minutes of discussion I finally said “Basically, we just want you to get your hands out of our pockets.” He replied “Well, we can’t do that”.

But the Dems let extra votes above a minimum majority to be cast as Noes to fool you.
I think this is propaganda and it’s being recycled, to boot. Why does it matter. 9 no’s are considering no? Don’t they know 12 yes’s are going to vote no. No way their switch from no to yes can change the outcome, it would seem.
So who doesn’t know that any number of dems voted NO the last time in order to scam their constituents? After the exact vote count was known, those in more conservative districts were permitted to vote no...it happens every day in the house for goodness sake. So why would this surprise anybody??!!

Tricare fee increases imposed last week by the Defense Department will be repealed by a provision of the compromise 2010 defense authorization bill unveiled Wednesday by House and Senate negotiators.
The fee increases were announced on Sept. 30 and took effect on Oct. 1, but the defense bill, HR 2647, includes a provision barring any fee increases until the start of fiscal 2011.
Retired Army Maj. Gen. Bill Matz, president of the National Association for Uniformed Services, said the announcement of fee increases was shocking considering that the Obama administration promised earlier this year to hold off on any new fee Tricare fee increases until fiscal 2011.
“President Obama and DoD assured NAUS and the entire military family earlier this year that there would rightly be no increases in any Tricare fees” in fiscal 2010, Matz said. “We took them at their word, and I can’t believe that a co-pay increase like this was allowed to go forward,” he added.

My rat voted yes last time, but is probably going to lose in November. He is now reporting that he will vote no.
Someone will have to take his place so he can stand a shot at re-election.
