Pete has remained the one true conservative politician in Texas. Given that, I find it interesting that the Chronicle finally published one anti-Obama article, regardless of its source. Now if she would only say that about some others in Texas as well, like perhaps Sheila Jackson Lee.

You know I really want to like Pete. My problem with him, and District 22 is that we have retired CEO’s, Generals, Admirals, thousands of managers, NASA rocket scientist and one of the best educated populations in the nation, and still elected a guy who moved here to run.
