Mississippi is an almost rural state. I think just about anywhere in the state except for Jackson, DeSoto County, and the Gulf Coast, one could crank off several rounds and they will not be in a populated area. I live in NE Mississippi a mile from where Buford Pusser shot Louis Hathcock and himself was ambushed and I would not doubt one iota that a business owner here in this area would not have done the same thing. People from different areas of the country think differently and Mississippi is a free carry state, meaning no permit is needed in order to be armed. Pussies from the liberal gun grabbing blue states will look at things differently.

I thought the chase and shoot out was kind of dumb.
I disagreed with another poster’s argument about what he would do.It was moot and didn’t need to develop.IMHO
