I just want this guy out of The White House while we still have a few freedoms left.

It takes 67 Senators to remove a President.

I dunno...

Does a bear defecate in the woods?

Do fish breathe water?

Do skunks stink?

Do Democrats lie when their lips move?

He has committed no impeachable offense no matter what you read here. If you want him out, work against splitting the conservative vote. Work to defeat him in 2012. Work to circumscribe his ability to act by a resounding defeat of the Dims in 2010.

If someone shows he does not meet the qualifications to be president, he might have to give up the office. But that is different than an impeachable offense. [BTW, Clinton certainly committed impeachable offenses and should have been removed.]

Clinton was not impeached for his sexual behavior. He was impeached because he committed a felony.

He perjured himself in a civil lawsuit where he was being sued.

Perjury was not, and is not, a minor issue. Clinton was disbarred for it.

President Obama has not yet been shown to have committed any high crimes or misdemeanors, but he has run the razors edge, in my opinion, with his quid pro quo behavior in more than a couple of instances. Bribery is an impeachable offense, and his people had better make sure he doesn't step a toe over the line because the right people are watching.

I think giving away federal judgeships for votes is far worse than accepting Yankee tickets.

“I feel certain, he would be reelected today with the votes of the Blacks, Liberals and The Stone-cold Stupid.”

Granted, the country is full of neo-Marxist, other blacks, and very stupid.
I do not, however, think he would win an election today.
He did not win by a landslide in 08.
The angry white voters are now ruing the day that they threw their little temper tantrum.
Stupid is, as stupid does.

There are things that need to be investigated and could be worthy of impeachment.

His history, whether he is eligible for the office.

Attempted sale of his former IL senate seat. Blagojovich knows where those bodies are buried.

According to Joe Sestak he was offered a job by the White House to drop his primary run against Specter. That is a felony.

Just off the top of my head.

Ask Blago, Sestak, and the Congressman whose bro. Bambi just appointed to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. That’s a start.

I think that lovers of freedom would do better to merely settle for neutering him in Nov. 2010, then defeating him in 2012 (should he run again, which I'm not at all certain of if things keep up like they are).

Even if there are impeachable offenses, impeachment proceedings are a political loser for the Republicans -- as we saw in 1998 when they lost seats and lost the battle of public perception in the process. Fair or not, too many people have the perception of impeachment as an attempt to undo the results of a lawful election. Also, the way it goes down makes those bringing the action appear to many to be vengeful and vindictive, which is also not a good place to be politically.

Best to just neuter him and let him twist in the wind, powerless, for 2 years. Anyway, would Biden be any better? Would you want him in control of the nuke buttons? How about Pelosi?

There is probable cause to believe that Mr. Obama has appointed a judge in return for a promised vote in Congress (Matheson-UT).

There is probable cause to believe that Mr. Obama offered jobs to politicians if they would agree to not run for office (Sestak-PA and Romanoff-CO).

There is probable cause to believe that Mr. Obama obstructed justice by improperly firing without cause the Inspector General of the Corporation for National and Community service who, at the time of his firing by Obama, was investigating the propriety of a grant from Americorps to an organization founded by Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson called St. Hope Academy. Johnson is an Obama supporter.

There is probable cause to believe that Obama allowed military aircraft, a Boeing 747, to be used for a joyride over New York City to pay back political campaign contributors.

We are only a year into his administration. And the counts listed here are likely just the tip of the iceberg in what has been done so far.

From the moment every morning he gets his skinny Maasai ass out of bed, he commits an impeachable offense just by being.

I would submit that changing the rules of engagement to put our troops more in harms way, and then disciplining the command for the increased casualties rises to the level of treason, and is actionable should conservatives take the Senate.

I haven’t watched this in detail because it hits too close to home.
