" At least 36 terminally ill people died last year after taking lethal medication prescribed by doctors under Washington State’s new physician-assisted suicide law, according to a state report released Thursday, the first since the law went into effect a year ago.
A total of 63 people filled prescriptions for lethal medication, but not everyone took it. All those who did take it died. Some people who did not take it died from other causes."
"Oregon, whose law went into effect in 1998, also released its annual report this week. The Oregon Public Health Division said 59 people died last year from lethal medication prescribed under the law; 95 prescriptions were filled. A total of 460 patients have died under the law in Oregon."

How did you think it came to pass that states license doctors? Do you think they just pulled the authority out of the thin air or something? It’s a tenth amendment question ~

Thank goodness. the last thing anyone should have is a peaceful, quiet and painfree death. Screaming agony for me!

If you are part of a group that does what some believe are bad things (and I am not 100% on board with the practice) then the whole group deserves to be punished?
