At which point Obama vetoes the “unpassed” bill. How much you want to bet that Congress can get 2/3 majorities to over ride the veto?

Obama won't win reelection. After that no problem. It is possible that after 2012 we will have a veto proof majority. Meanwhile we can vote it out every six months or so and let PFL BO veto it and put the taxes back on the backs of the American people. Yeah that's the ticket. How they would howl.
