I don’t know why some of you can’t “get this” — but what it comes down to is this... if it’s that clear and that decided on the issue... then why did not anyone stop it from happening in Obama’s case...
Oh... I do know that there are some who say that it’s a conspiracy that involved all of our government, all of our elected officials, all of our judges and all of our military, too.... but no..., I don’t agree with the “grand conspiracy” types either... :-)
So, again, if it’s that simple and has already been decided... then why wasn’t Obama stopped legally, from going on?
And my answer is basically — he wasn’t stopped because it’s not the understanding with officials and our government and with legal-beagles and others — that it’s “that clearly established”....
That issue is still up in the air, in that it’s still being argued on both sides.
Notice how the poster’s fondest desire is that the issue be off limits at FR, yet she claims that the issue needs to be settled int he future. And how rational is it to believe by falling silent on the issue it will gain sufficient attention to be settle in the futrue? ... Sign of an obamanoid troll at work on FR.
