If it’s a documentary then why is she contacting reality show producers?

Because reality producers have a track record of producing shows that can hit a 20 share while National Geographic is lucky to get a MSNBC level viewership. Anyway, most of these producers cross over. The label 'reality show producer' is just something the article slaps on them- they are just producers. Mark Burnett has a very diverse portfolio.

Lots of opportunities to educate Americans on the real impact of drilling in ANWAR among other things. Just the idea that SP will once again end-run the MSM will cause heads to explode.
