Quiet uh? Calm before the storm maybe?...Hope not..I have friend in Carmel...right on the ocean!
Living On the Oregon Coast (just a spit of non tsunami zone in a very tsunami zoned area) I thought about it when the Chili quake hit.
The bay/ocean/weather has been so quietly calm and warm (el nino) that there is a very peace filled feeling here.
(my perception maybe affected by our giving up tv for Lent(no blaring yappers and our having EWTN on instead 24/7 very calming/educational/Mass filled/history of the Catholic Church/Faith)
