As I listened to the same tone-deaf talking points from the congressional Democrats at the White House health care summit last week, I was reminded of the classic excuse politicians use about their comments being taken out of context. In this case, and many others, the Democrats are suffering from the exact opposite problem--their arguments and actions are not taking in the context of the times. Indeed, over the past 14 months they have continually been trying to jam a square political peg into a round historical hole. The result has been a disastrous fit with the public mood and a deepening credibility gap.
This failure to factor can be traced back to the watershed vote on the stimulus bill, the Democrats' single big accomplishment in the Obama era. The Democrats considered the $787 billion recovery package not just an essential step for saving the economy from depression, but also a first strike in White House's "big bang" strategy. It would, by their way of thinking, build political momentum for a range of other major Obama agenda items like climate change. But for much of the public, the poorly conceived and marketed stimulus plan was the last straw in the unsettling explosion of government and debt that began with the bipartisan bailout bonanza in the waning days of the Bush administration.
Ever since that dividing line was crossed, the Democrats have seemed to be operating in a hermetically sealed political vacuum, impervious to the public's changing post-crash priorities and diminishing tolerance for big government solutions. The complex, sector-remaking cap-and-trade bill is a perfect example.(continued)

Christian County Assessor Sandra Bryant-Littles has been temporarily removed from office.
On Tuesday, Associate Circuit Judge Robert Craig Carter signed the quo warranto petition submitted Friday by Attorney General Chris Koster’s office seeking Bryant-Littles’ removal based on federal charges levied against her in October.
Last fall, a federal grand jury handed up indictments against Bryant-Littles and her husband, Lonnie Littles.
Bryant-Littles is charged with four counts of mail fraud after investigators concluded she failed to report all the personal property that she and her husband owned in 2007 and 2008, including several vehicles and 100 head of cattle. That resulted in a lower tax bill than the couple actually owed.

I think every red-blooded American is shirking their duty as a America loving loyal citizen if they do not work as hard as possible to press the legal limits of political action to build upon the townhall meetings, the tea party demonstrations and the internet to disrupt this attempt at enslaving Americans and their healthcare!!!
I keep asking myself what it's going to take for people to finally reject the socialist democrats and their utterly failed beliefs so we don't keep electing them over and over again only to have them march us right to the end of our Republic.
The only answer I can come up with is pain. Lots of pain. We apparently must feel the pain of our stupidity to learn and a lot of pain is exactly what we are headed for. What a lovely day for a second revolution.

The Democrats have a plan. They will keep calling anyone who disagrees with them a racist or a right-winger, and the public will suddenly agree with them. It hasn’t worked the first 100 times they have tried it, but one of these times it will suddenly click with the public.

There are very few Democrat politicians left in the so called Democrat Party.
They are Communists,Socialists,Statists,Liberals and a whole crapload of just plain Kooks.
Real Democrats like JFK or even someone like Hubert Horatio Humphrey Jr.(Who by the way worked to rid the Minnesota DFL of the Communists during the 40's) would be called radical right wing kooks by the present crop of traitors running thr Democrat party.
